Our mission is to ensure that quality healthcare and dignified support reach those who need it the most—regardless of their financial condition.
We provide free freezer box services to economically disadvantaged families during the loss of their loved ones, helping them conduct the final rites with dignity and respect without financial burden.
Our team regularly conducts free medical check-up camps for underprivileged families living in Madurai's slum communities. With over 100 slum settlements across Madurai, thousands of people still lack access to basic healthcare. Our goal is to reach every unreached family with preventive healthcare, health education, and medical support.
We believe that every individual deserves access to healthcare, compassion, and dignity. Through our dedicated volunteers, nurses, doctors, and supporters, we strive to improve the health and well-being of underserved communities.
Your generous contribution can help us:
Every donation—big or small—helps us bring hope, healthcare, and dignity to those who need it most. Together, we can build a healthier, more compassionate community.

MEEL INDIA Trust is committed to promoting voluntary blood donation and guiding the public towards safe and responsible blood donation through the Government of India’s official e-RaktKosh platform.
Through awareness programmes and community initiatives, we encourage healthy individuals to donate blood and help patients who depend on timely transfusions.
As per the Government of India’s current blood donor selection guidelines, a donor should generally be 18–65 years of age, physically fit and in good health. For whole-blood donation, the minimum weight is 45 kg for a 350 ml donation and more than 55 kg for a 450 ml donation; final eligibility is determined by the blood centre's medical screening.
Register → Health Screening → Blood Donation → Refreshments
The official e-RaktKosh system allows donors to register, locate blood banks and donation camps, and check blood availability.
